1. Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of our educational content and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, our online courses are generally non-refundable.

No Refunds: Once you have purchased a course and gained access to the materials, we are unable to offer a refund. We encourage you to review the course descriptions, outlines, and any available preview content before enrolling.
2. Professional Services
Our professional services (including thesis supervision, thesis correction, educational counseling, spiritual counseling, and university admission services) are service-based and are handled differently.

Refunds Before Commencement: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your request for a professional service at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time or first consultation session. This allows us to reallocate our experts’ time.

Partial Refunds: If you cancel a professional service between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the service fee.

No Refunds: If you cancel a service less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or fail to attend your session without prior notice, you are not eligible for a refund.
