Cancellations and Refunds
Our professional services are project-based, and our team dedicates time and resources to each project from the moment a contract is signed. Therefore, our refund policy is based on the project phase at the time of cancellation.

Non-refundable Payments: All payments made to Chitra Web Design are non-refundable once the project work has commenced.

Definition of “Project Commencement”: The project is considered to have commenced and a payment becomes non-refundable under the following conditions:

After Signing the Contract: If the client cancels the contract within 24 hours of signing, the advance payment is non-refundable.

After Work Has Begun: If the client cancels the project more than 24 hours after the contract has been signed, all payments made up to that point will be forfeited. The client is also obligated to pay for any work completed up to the point of cancellation, as determined by the project contract.

How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please provide a written notice of contract termination to our team. The date of receipt of this written notice will be used to determine the applicable refund and cancellation terms.
