Due to the digital nature of our educational content and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, our online courses are generally non-refundable.<\/p>\n

    Our professional services (including thesis supervision, thesis correction, educational counseling, spiritual counseling, and university admission services) are service-based and are handled differently.<\/p>\n

      Refunds Before Commencement:<\/b> You are eligible for a full refund<\/b> if you cancel your request for a professional service at least 48 hours<\/b> before the scheduled start time or first consultation session. This allows us to reallocate our experts’ time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Partial Refunds:<\/b> If you cancel a professional service between 24 and 48 hours<\/b> before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50%<\/b> of the service fee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      No Refunds:<\/b> If you cancel a service less than 24 hours<\/b> before the scheduled start time or fail to attend your session without prior notice, you are not eligible for a refund.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
